Potato salad is ohhh so good! This one is made with vegan “mayo” and is quick and easy and filled with my favorite….parsley! Check it out!
POTATO SALAD

cups
diced red potatoes

1/4
tsp
sea salt

1/4
tsp
black pepper
-
1
tsp
veganese
-
1/4
tsp
garlic powder
-
1/4
tsp
onion powder
-
1
tsp
dried parsley
-
1/4
tsp
chopped cilantro
-
Cook potatoes (in salt and water). Drain and place in a bowl. Add black pepper, garlic and onion powder and cilantro and coat the potatoes.

Once coated then add the veganese and parsley and coat again.

Chill for 10 minutes and then serve.
