Ingredients

  • 6 large red potatoes
  • 3 tbsp vegan butter
  • 2 tsp salt and pepper
  • 3/4 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes and slice into good bite-sized pieces and cook for about 15 minutes or until soft. 

    Remove from heat and add the butter and seasonings to taste.
