6 Ingredient Red Potatoes
Delicious and simple red skin potatoes.
- 6 large red potatoes
- 3 tbsp vegan butter
- 2 tsp salt and pepper
- 3/4 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Wash the potatoes and slice into good bite-sized pieces and cook for about 15 minutes or until soft.
Remove from heat and add the butter and seasonings to taste.
