2cookedbeets
15ozcan of chick peas drained
1tsplemon juice
1/2tspsalt
1/2tsppepper
2clovesgarlic
1tspcumin
1/4cupvirgin olive oil
Instructions
Once your beets are cooked and cool, add all the ingredients into the food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Add more olive oil and lemon juice if needed to make smoother.
