Black eyed pea hummus

Freshly ground pepper

can black-eyed peas
rinsed

tbsp
fresh lemon juice

Pinch
of cayenne pepper

tbsp
chopped fresh cilantro

tbsp
fresh flat-leaf parsley

Add all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until a coarse purée forms. With motor running, drizzle in remaining 4 Tbsp. oil.
