Give it a try! 4 from 1 vote Print CHICKPEA FLATBREAD Author Vegan Bajan Ingredients 2 flatbreads 1 can of chickpeas 1 avocado diced 1 cup diced tomatoes 1 tbsp chopped parsley 2 tbsp chopped cilantro 2 tbsp sriracha 2 tbsp veganese 1 tsp salt 1 tsp ground black pepper 1 cup cucumbers, diced Instructions Warm flat bread (if you prefer- I do). Spread veganese all over the flat bread. Then add chickpeas, diced tomatoes, cucumbers, parsley, cilantro, salt and pepper. Top with the sriracha and serve.
