Easy Breakfast Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced potatoes scrubbed clean and dried
  • 3-4 tbsp vegan butter or olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400F. Sprinkle your potatoes with salt, garlic and black pepper. Melt the butter and pour over the potatoes. Cook for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
