This bread pudding is not only delicious but it is so easy to make just for two! You can skip the rum if you like.
Easy Vegan Rum Raisin Bread Pudding
Total Time 30 minutes
- 1 cup of day old bread
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup of raisins
- 1/4 chopped almonds
- 1/4 cup rum
- 1 tsp melted vegan butter
Dice bread and add to your baking dish.
Stir the remaining ingredients together in a separate bowl (almond milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, raisins, almonds, butter and rum)
Pour the mixed ingredients over the bread. Stir to mix.
Bake for 20 minutes.
