I tend to work out early in the morning and usually need a quick pick me up. I have found that making these energy balls and popping a few before workout gives me the extra boost I need to make it through my workout sessions. Protein Energy Balls
Energy protein balls for a quick boost.

cup
pistachios

cup
almonds

1
cup
pitted dates
-
1/4
cup
raisins
-
1
tbsp
coconut oil
-
1
tbsp
cacao powder
-
1
tbsp
chia seeds
-
1/2
tsp
flax seeds

1
tsp
peanut butter
-
Add all ingredients into food processor until well blended.

Form into small balls with hands for bite sized eating.
