Monday Motivation – Keep Fit When Working At Home

One of the most difficult things about working at home is scheduling and fitting in a workout routine. If you work at home like I do, between chores and running your business you have to make a consorted effort to schedule some exercise into your day. I find the best way of doing so is to squeeze in as many five minute bursts of activity as I can.

Here is a quick routine to get your Monday going!
