Green Monster Smoothie

This smoothie will make you feel energized!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk or other non-dairy milk
  • 1 cup kale leaves or baby spinach
  • 1 ripe banana peeled and frozen
  • 2 to 3 ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp pure chia seeds or ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • a pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 1 scoop of pea protein powder

Instructions

  1. In a high-speed blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
