I am not the typical make it from a box person, as I am one of those people that only shops the perimeter of the grocery store. However, I’ve been really wanting some pizza, but wasn’t liking the idea of making from scratch so I skipped a few steps and bought some vegan friendly packaged items to make a vegan pizza.
This is a quick and easy meal for those that love pizza, but don’t like the hassle and wait time when making everything from scratch.

Quick And Easy Vegan Pizza

daiya cheese
mozzarella

thin whole wheat thin crust pizza
vegan friendly

1/2
cup
tomato pizza sauce

cup
meatless crumbles
vegan

1/4
cup
caramelized onions

1/4
cup
diced pineapple

tsp
olive oil
-
Add sauce to crust and spread evenly.

Cook onions in saucepan with olive oil until caramelized.

Add meat crumbles, onions, pineapple all over and top with cheese.

Bake for 15 minutes and enjoy!
