25 Aug Sauteed Radishes And Spinach
Radish me this! 🙂 A sauteed radish dish that is simple, easy and oh so tasty! Check it out below!
SAUTEED RADISHES AND SPINACH
- 2 cups of sliced radishes
- 1/2 sliced medium red onion
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1/2 cup grape tomatoes halved
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper
Add oil to skillet and cook radishes. Season with garlic, salt and pepper then add the sliced red onion and sweat the onions for about 3 minutes.
Then add the the spinach, mushrooms and tomatoes and cook for a few more minutes until the spinach is wilted. Serve hot, immediately.
