Cherries are in season and I just can’t get enough. I have an abundance on hand and so I decided to make some cherry lemonade pops. Check them out!

Cherry Lemonade Pops

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of cherries cut and pitted
  • 2 cups of lemon juice
  • 5 cups of water
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • ice pop molds

Instructions

  1. In a medium pan combine sugar and 1 cup of water and stir until sugar dissolves.
  2. Add 1 cup cherries and bring to boil and simmer for 7 minutes.
  3. Strain the juice and pour into a pitcher and set aside and cool.
  4. Add the lemon juice and remaining water and stir.
  5. Pour into ice molds and place in freezer until frozen and enjoy!
