22 Nov Squash Apples And Cranberry Salad
This salad is such fall yummyness (if that’s even a word) either way, I absolutely love it and it is definitely on my Thanksgiving menu list. You should give it a try!
SQUASH APPLES AND CRANBERRY SALAD
- 1/4 cup melted vegan butter
- 2 cups of butternut squash cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 medium apple cubed
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
Preheat oven to 425 degrees and combine all ingredients in a baking dish. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove cover and bake an additional 15 minutes or until squash is tender.
