Sweet And Sour Tofu Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup sliced carrots
  • 1/2 cup sliced brussel sprouts
  • 1/2 cup of shredded red cabbage
  • 1/4 cup red onions
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup vegan sweet and sour mix
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 14 oz package of extra firm tofu in water

Instructions

  1. Heat wok and add olive oil and salt, black and cayenne pepper and tofu.
  2. Cook tofu until slightly golden brown.
  3. Add the onions and cook for a couple minutes.
  4. Then add the remaining vegetables and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Add the sweet and sour mix and blend together with the stir fry.
  6. Serve immediately.
