Sweet And Sour Tofu Stir Fry

cayenne pepper

vegan sweet and sour mix

olive oil

package of extra firm tofu
in water

Heat wok and add olive oil and salt, black and cayenne pepper and tofu.

Cook tofu until slightly golden brown.

Add the onions and cook for a couple minutes.

Then add the remaining vegetables and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Add the sweet and sour mix and blend together with the stir fry.

Serve immediately.
