I love cheesecake and this vegan cheesecake is easy to make and can be done with a store-bought vegan friendly graham crust. Hope you enjoy it!
VEGAN CHEESECAKE

vegan friendly ready made graham crust

oz
containers of vegan cream cheese
I use Tofutti

lemon
-
1/2
cup
fair trade sugar

1/2
tsp
vanilla extract

1/8
tsp
of sea salt

Top with fresh fruit of your choice
kiwi, strawberry etc

Preheat oven to 350F.

Sweet lemon for fresh lemon juice and grate some of the lemon for zest.

Add them to a mixing bowl, along with the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and salt. Blend well.

Pour into the graham crust, bake for 30 minutes, and then chill in the fridge for two hours.

Decorate with fresh fruit of your choice.
