Some may call these cakes, patties, you name it, but I call them fritters due to my Bajan roots! These corn fritters are so delicious, rich with flavor and are really easy to make. Give it a try!
Vegan Corn Fritters
Whole kernel corn fritters that are rich in flavor!

whole kernel corn
frozen

cup
almond flour

cup
flour
vegan

salt

coconut milk

tsp
cayenne pepper

tsp
onion powder

tsp
garlic powder

tsp
paprika

1/4
cup
chopped parsley

coconut palm sugar

cup
olive oil
for frying

Combine dry ingredients together with a whisk.

Add remaining ingredients and mix together until well blended. If needed, add a little more almond milk so it sticks together.

Roll into six balls, then flatten to form a circle shape, to become fritters.

Preheat skillet with some olive oil and fry the fritters until golden brown.
