SAUTEED RADISHES AND SPINACH

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of sliced radishes
  • 1/2 sliced medium red onion
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup grape tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Add oil to skillet and cook radishes. Season with garlic, salt and pepper then add the sliced red onion and sweat the onions for about 3 minutes.
  2. Then add the the spinach, mushrooms and tomatoes and cook for a few more minutes until the spinach is wilted. Serve hot, immediately.
