CHICKPEA FLATBREAD

Ingredients

  • 2 flatbreads
  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 1 avocado diced
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 2 tbsp veganese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 cup cucumbers, diced

Instructions

  1. Warm flat bread (if you prefer- I do). Spread veganese all over the flat bread.
  2. Then add chickpeas, diced tomatoes, cucumbers, parsley, cilantro, salt and pepper.

  3. Top with the sriracha and serve.
