Quick And Easy Vegan Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 cup daiya cheese mozzarella
  • 1 small thin whole wheat thin crust pizza vegan friendly
  • 1/2 cup tomato pizza sauce
  • 1 cup meatless crumbles vegan
  • 1/4 cup caramelized onions
  • 1/4 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Add sauce to crust and spread evenly.

  2. Cook onions in saucepan with olive oil until caramelized. 

  3. Add meat crumbles, onions, pineapple all over and top with cheese.

  4. Bake for 15 minutes and enjoy!
