Beet Hummus

Creamy beet hummus that offers plenty of flavor that pairs well with chips, pitas or veggies.

Ingredients

  • 2 cooked beets
  • 15 oz can of chick peas drained
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 cup virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Once your beets are cooked and cool, add all the ingredients into the food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Add more olive oil and lemon juice if needed to make smoother.
