Blackened Brussel Sprouts With Mushrooms

  • 2 cups brussels sprouts
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/3 cup of sliced onions
  • 3 tbsp coconut olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper and salt


  1. Heat a skillet with coconut oil and sweat the onions and garlic. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the brussel sprouts.

  2. Add the mushrooms and brussel sprouts to the skillet and blacken them.
  3. Serve hot.
