Chocolate Fudge

  • 6 tbsp earth balance butter
  • 3 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 cup cacao navitas
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk


  1. Grease a 5x9 inch loaf pan.
  2. Combine butter, sugar, cacao, vanilla and coconut milk in a heatproof mixing bowl.

  3. Place the bowl or broiler over simmering water and stir until the butter is fully melted and the mixture is completely smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture quickly into the prepared loaf pan.
  5. Place your vegan fudge in the refrigerator until thoroughly chilled.
